Quite a nice interview, not a very stressful one. The interview was provided in a non-formal matter, it felt like a chat. The questions asked were not too difficult. The interviewer was very nice and friendly.
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick
