I was contacted by HR asking if I was interested in a design position. It was two months of phone interviews and in person interviews. I went through a design test and even made changes based on critiques and resubmitted. The design test was creating TWO full campaign designs. I spent about 10 hours on it. That was when I started getting frustrated. That is A LOT of work. No compensation. In total, I had about 4 or 5 phone calls. After the critique phase, I didn't hear back. I had to email them and I got the very generic, "we decided to pursue stronger candidates" email from HR, not even the people I had talked to numerous times. I asked for feedback on my interview process and received nothing. Two months of interviewing and I couldn't get feedback.
