The interview process was like no other! It was a big party. When I arrived, we were listening to music and playing games. Once they felt like everyone who applied was there, they began their dance portion... Cha Cha Slide, Wobble, etc. Then we got split up; one group left and the other stayed inside and basically played games. When it was time to switch, the overall interview process was 3 MINUTES LONG. Yeah, I said it! You have 3 tables... one to discuss your experience, the next to provide your availability, and the next was the X Factor. You can do anything you want to show your personality for the remainder of the time. That's it! My biggest piece of advice is to STAND OUT! Make them remember your name and face. They love people with huge personalities who can entertain. After all, it is about making the GUEST experience, one that they'll never forget. I got the call the next morning. After that, I had to wait till the training came around. Two weeks, the first week was the informational. The next is your shadow shifts. They are great people. One big family!
