I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Topgolf (Spring, TX) in Oct 2014
Interview
Laid back. Asked me questions about my past employment. Asked me why I left my last employer. Was told that management at TopGolf has the associate's back (wasn't the case in my employment). They had activities that included recruitees playing TopGolf and making up events that would bring in revenue. The last interview, you had 90 seconds to say or do whatever you wanted - you just had to completely fill in the 90 seconds.
First round: fun/goofy/light hearted questions. Ex. What’s your favorite cereal?
Second round: resume/relevant experience. Ex. Tell us about your service experience.
Third round: Free 90 seconds to sell/express yourself. Some people talk about themselves, some people dance. They wanna see that you can carry conversation/have the personality to belong there and be personable/likeable.
Final: Mock service.

Question 1
If Beyoncé and Taylor Swift pulled up in a car next to you, which car would you go into?
Very inclusive experience, able to learn about the company's different job offerings through an interactive work hiring event. Got to know more about the people who work there and ultimately pushed me to accept the job offer!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Topgolf (Richmond, VA) in Aug 2024
Interview
This is a unique interview process which lasted about an hour. They threw around a questions ball and then took you to meet with these people in the bar dinning area to test your serving skills.
