They do a rotation between all of management and ask you multiple questions regarding life and work in general. Overall a good process. 2 minute rounds that make it fun
Unlike most traditional interviews. They did their normal spiel and asked pretty average questions but you also did activities which really illustrated the culture that they have there. It's was a lengthy process for a serving job but it was also fun to do as college student at the time.

Interview
Interview was a group interview. A lot of breaking the ice games and get to know yous that doubled as a sort of pre-interview. Then a more typical one on one interview that got more in depth about resume, experience, and about you. It was very unique and a lot of fun.
