Very easy process. More like a training activity. Were shown a few videos on a TV screen and then given a questionnaire to fill out based on the video. Had to pass questionnaire to get the role, but it was very common sense based.

Mainly an introduction to the company, showing what their main values are and code of conduct. Not too many questions were asked, the ones that were asked were competency-based questions which were followed by basic training.
