I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Traction on Demand (Burnaby, BC) in Feb 2019
Interview
In person fit culture/fit interview with standard get to know you type questions. Followed by small Salesforce presentation and a final non-technical on site.
Quite transparent with the process and supportive during the process.

Interview
The interview process was unique, I mean in a great way.
It was very non-traditional. The interviewers were interested in knowing me as a person and the skills I could bring to the team. Also, they showed me that they cared about me. The recruiter (Tapas) I worked with was the best. He was very transparent through out the entire process and swiftly responded every time I reached out for updates. As for interview difficulty, I chose easy because they made the hiring process easy and fast. You still have to prepare for the interview as you should be ready show that you are qualified for the job. Depending on your role, you will be given a take home assignment which you will present later. This is to test your skills

Interview
The HR guy just ghosted me after the second technical interview where I presented my salesforce org and SQL solution (which took ~50 hours of my time). Even though he asked if I wanted feedback, he ghosted me right after that and I've asked for feedback twice after

Interview
3 Technical rounds and 1 cultural round.
1st technical interview over zoom
2nd Demo round around the tool (In my case - Tableau) Where you'll get a time period in which you have to prepare a demo based on given dataset and give a walk through of the problem and solution.
3rd Data demo. Salesforce platform based round to get to know your understanding of the platform. Same like 2nd round.
4th Cultural round is more like a informal team meet up. No tech questions or anything. Just a healthy conversation with the team (or a few of the team members) to get to know each other. Just to assess your compatibility with the team and vice-versa.
