It was an one to one process for in which I had to appear. There I had to provide my complete description of my earlier experiences then I shared my skills. Few questions were asked on the basis of my skills and knowledge.

Interview
CV submission to MD and was then invited to interview with both Managing Directors. Really friendly and informal and employees seemed very happy in their jobs. Interview was around an hour and spent a lot of time discussing the company and future plans.
