Pros
I worked at Trade- Marx for a few years as a Project Manager. They have a wide variety of projects ranging from Boeing to Pike Place Market. The thing I enjoyed about working here was that every project was different. I have worked for companies where I was managing and designing the same products day in and day out. I would recommend this place if you are capable of handling multiple projects every day. I left to head back to AZ for wife's new job.
Cons
I had a difficult time learning there design style. It took be about 5 months to really understand how to send production drawings to the floor, without the production team asking me 100 questions. I was coached by a PM named Nick who taught me a few industrial design tricks.
