Wasnt clear on what the assignment .HR round was friendly .If you clear the round you go through to technical round and then there is another round with senior members.

pretty easy straight forward process phone screen -> home assignment-> discussion -> hiring manager.
the feedback I got was I did great technically but I complained about my old company in the hiring manager interview so they rejected me. People in this company should just grow up.
