pretty easy straight forward process phone screen -> home assignment-> discussion -> hiring manager. the feedback I got was I did great technically but I complained about my old company in the hiring manager interview so they rejected me. People in this company should just grow up.

interview with one of their staff engineer, deep dive your previous experience and follow up with multiple technical detail questions. should better understand your experience and the related technical concepts.
