No OA, HR -> tech r1 -> tech r2 ->spd. The HR was kind, but they clearly want someone with highly relevant crypto trading experience. It's not much about coding or algorithm, or machine learning techniques, and they expect you to have an established strategy.

Question 1
They asked you to open your leetcode account and shared your screen (which is sus), and do the designated problems under the interviewer's supervision.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trade Terminal
Interview
4 rounds. First is online OA, and 3 are going through resumes. For OA, 2 Leetcode questions, some math, and cs multichoices. CEO is the last round and emotional and asked some weird questions.
3 round of interview. First round with 15 math questions and 2 coding, second round with 1 coding question. First round is with hr and second round is with someone working in the group.
