I appreciated how much emphasis was placed on the importance of customer satisfaction and providing high-quality, affordable products. It was clear that Trader Joe's takes pride in creating a unique and enjoyable shopping experience for its customers, and that its employees are valued and respected members of the team

I had 3 separate interviews. 1 was over the phone. 2 were in person. I never heard anything after the third interview. I called the store about a week later and they let me know they didn’t actually have any available positions. Really felt like they wasted my time.
