Principal asked me, prior to the interview, to develop a detailed business plan that I would implement if offered the job. I did it (twice). During the interview it was evident that he did not have a clear idea of the strategy that he wanted to implement in his business, and he was just interested in the candidate's ideas.
He kept reassuring that "trust" is very important for him,; however, after offering the job, he would not answer the phone/email when asked to elaborate details of his offer.
