I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Trans-Tel Central (New Albany, OH) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process is pretty basic however when negotiating your salary pay attention. The company has a manipulative tactic for hiring people. They will give you your asking salary typically even if it’s above the average because they have no intention of letting you keep it. They will create an environment where you do not meet the daily quota and will reduce your salary significantly. For myself it was a little less than a 30% salary cut. When negotiating your salary get a guarantee on it or else you will be reduced greatly. I made $8 more than everyone else and on the first day knew that I wouldn’t be keeping that salary long and I sure didn’t. Good luck.
