It took them a month to respond to my initial application, two weeks to set up a follow-up technical interview, and then over a month to send a rejection email. Nearly 3 months from application to final stages is way too long.

It was remote using MS Teams with a panel of two people. Multiple choice questions + 1 written technical question. They also go over any past technical projects or work experience on your resume.
