Triad Group interview questions

Pushy in-house recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn. Recruitment equivalent of being lovebombed - he emailed and called me around 30 times in the course of 10 days, gushing that Triad really wanted to employ me. Process was that I: shared my CV; sent a portfolio; had a screening interview; had a videoed interview that was shared with 'management'; interviewed with the head of UX. Recruiter then said there was a final interview (2.5 hours long) that would include a task and further questions. The task was to prepare and run a 1-hour workshop with a stakeholder and customer from an imaginary company, and at the end of it present short and long-term content solutions. This is not really part of my job and was not in the job description. He gave me the brief on Friday afternoon and the interview was at 10am on Monday morning. I said it was too much preparation to do over a weekend, and not really part of what a content designer does. He replied, 'I've cancelled the interview. Best wishes.' And that was it! Presumably, this is their attitude to their employees too.

Approached by Triad directly, multiple stages: 1. Screening Call 2. Recorded follow up with recruitment team. 3. Interview with Technical managers Fantastic interview experience, felt both welcomed and that my time was valued throughout. Almost a mutual decision where it was clear that I didn't have the technical depth in key areas that Triad was looking fill, in depth feedback from Matthew, would highly recommend taking the time to interview.
