The application was online and then emailing back and forth to schedule the in-person interview. The staff at TAC is friendly and you get trained fairly quickly so you can begin teaching lessons on your own.

It went very well. Questions include what hours you can teach, mentioned private swim lessons, skills, etc. I was also asked about how to teach the breaststroke kick.
