I had a very disappointing experience during the interview process for the Test Manager position. The interview was concluded in less than 10 minutes, with no opportunity given for a proper self-introduction. The interviewer dictated how I should introduce myself, which felt dismissive and disrespectful. The questions asked were irrelevant and not appropriate even for entry-level roles, let alone a senior position.
What made it worse was the lack of professionalism. The interview was rescheduled multiple times. On the first day, I waited for over 30 minutes but the interviewer didnât show up. The rescheduled interview the next day lasted barely 10 minutes. It was a frustrating and disheartening experience.
I sincerely urge the HR team to re-evaluate who they involve in the interview process. Interviewers should be capable of assessing experienced candidates respectfully and appropriately. Based on this experience, I would not recommend attending interviews with this company.
