I had my first technical round for business Analyst position discussing about documents types, artifacts, change management, communication, collaboration with stakeholders and requirement gathering techniques and approaches, while ensuring if the collected requirements are correct or not by giving an example.

Introduce yourself and tell about your work experience
She asked about artifacts, documentation done by business analysts, components in each type of documentation. Why am I wanting to switch to an APM profile.

Interview
During screening HR asked all the job roles and responsibilities in the current company and she said let her check with technical team and if my resume is shortlisted then schedule an interview, after one week she scheduled the interview and on time I joined the meeting but none of them from the panel are joined. I tried to call her on phone also messaged and e-mailed to the concern persons but still not get any response. Please don't waste others time by creating fake interview slot.
