The interview process is pretty comprehensive with an HR round, behavioral round, case-fit, case study, and team fit rounds. The final and deciding round includes a case-study presentation along with personal inputs.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Trinity Life Sciences (Waltham, MA) in Mar 2024

4-5 virtual interviews. 2-3 of them were case studies based on real life situations picked up from my own resume. Others were behavioral and situational, focused on my biotech experience, why trinity, why not my prior organization, why biotech.
The interviewers are very nice. The first round is a 45 mins behavioral + case. The final round are 2 back-to-back interviews. I got the interview invite only one week after I submitted my application.
