TrioTree Technologies React Native Developer interview questions

I attended multiple face-to-face interview rounds at Triotree. After completing two rounds, I was offered ₹35,000 per month despite having 3.6 years of React Native experience, which is far below current market standards. The HR team was polite and well-behaved, and communication from HR was smooth. However, the technical interview experience was disappointing. The interviewers lacked professionalism, asked unclear questions, and did not demonstrate strong technical depth or structured evaluation. Considering the time invested in multiple face-to-face rounds, the final offer felt highly underwhelming and unfair for an experienced developer. The overall impression is that the company undervalues skilled professionals, despite maintaining a polite HR front.
