They haven't provided a salary range and after the first 1:1 interview they have rejected based on salary expectations with a no-reply email 2 weeks later. I think it could have been handled more smoothly.

Interview
After being selected by the recruiter i would pass through 3 more interviews with people from design team until receive an offer. After not passing in one of the design interviews i’ve discarted only getting an automatic email instead of getting at least a feedback about the negative, honestly i dont want to be part of this kind of company.
