I was contacted by an external recruiter. I interviewed with recruiter and was then asked to interview with a high level employee. The employee was friendly but the current opening didn't seem like the best fit for me. There was no contact after the interview, which I think is the fault of the recruiter. After more than 2 hours of interviews I think it is appropriate to at least email the candidate and let them know they are no longer under consideration. While it wasn't the best experience, I try not to hold it against TriTerra as they probably assume the recruiter closed the loop.
