Interview
First a general technical test was given. Then I interviewed with several members of the management and technical support team. Finally I was interviewed by the company President. Then these individuals meet and a final decision is made.

What education do you have and do you plan on continuing your studies?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Truewater (Houston, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
First there was a written aptitude test ranging from fill in the blank technical questions to math calculation. There were some hardware and network questions, finally there was a hardware practical. If you passed these tests, you were called back for a panel interview with the Service Desk manager and the Project Manager. If you got this far, a final role-play was with the CEO. The final decision was his to make at which you were extended an offer by the president.
