Interviewed with three recuitment commitee members, talking about porfolio and skill sets. Asked common soft skill/ human resource type questions (teamwork, collaboration, conflict resolution, etc.). Then the candidates are allowed to ask few questions.

Only made it to preliminary phone screening but didn’t make it any further due to lack of Revit experience. Preliminary screening person was very nice and professional to me though.
