The interview process starts with an Online test. The test captures Insurance domain knowledge and some computer science/ technical knowledge.
Then there is a physical evaluation where you meet the interviewers in the office

Interview
The interview was structured into two parts: personal and professional. The initial segment focused on my background and cultural fit, while the latter explored my analytical skills and business acumen. The interviewers were consistently friendly, fostering a comfortable and engaging atmosphere.
I applied for the position and was invited for an interview a month later . The interview was a physical interview with 5 panelists. Basic interview questions were asked such as tell me about yourself, tell me something about you that is not on your CV, why would you want to work here etc.
