I went through multiple interview stages and even completed the background check, which I understood to be one of the final steps before receiving an offer. However, I was suddenly asked to attend another user interview. seems like there is an internal restructuring and a change in the manager I would be working with. I completed the additional interview as requested. But after that, I received no further updates from HR. Regardless of the outcome, candidates deserve clear communication and proper closure, especially after spending significant time and reaching the final stage of the process. A simple update would have been appreciated
