I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (New York, NY) in Feb 2024
Interview
At first I spoke with a Talent Acquisition team member that just asked me pretty basic questions about my background. Then I spoke with the hiring manager interview and was then asked to speak to the director of that team. Each interview as about 45 minutes. Finally I had two "project" interviews. One was with a peer and the other was a group of managers in a mock role play scenario.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2024
Interview
3-4 rounds of interview, spent a full day in their office and completed an assessment and was not hired for the job. I don't understand why a company sends someone through 4 rounds of interview just to say they went with someone more senior. You knew the experience I had from my resume.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Twilio (New York, NY) in Jun 2022
Interview
RH very organised.
We made two interviews by phone. Third phase was with the manager that was aggressive, rude and impolite. Impossible to work with this kind of "professional".
