TwoFour consulting interview questions

Had three levels of management interview me from a current business analyst position to one of the partners at the company. Took roughly two hours and the first interviewer asked about my knowledge of the company, why I was interested in the position, and emphasized the importance of work ethic at the company. Second interviewer asked more behavioral questions regarding what you believed was good traits in a team leader, and experiences that proved my leadership qualities. Last person was the CTO who I had spoken to on a phone interview asked me if I had last questions about the company. Very nice people but too bad I did not receive an offer.
