At first I was contacted by HR to complete and assessment. After that I was contacted again for another interview. I asked whether I needed to prepare anything in advance for the interview and got the reply that it would be like just general simple questions and didn't need to prepare anything. However, I was given additional problems to solve on the spot. Negatives: 1. they did not offer any valuable/actionable feedback at the end and 2. did not respond to emails to offer a status update on the application or the hiring process.

Es gab drei Vorstellungsgespräche: 1. mit Hiring Manager, 2. mit dessen Manager, 3. mit HR. Alle waren sehr freundlich, ich empfand das Stresslevel als relativ gering und schätzte die angenehme Gesprächskultur. Ich war überrascht, dass es kein technisches Interview gab.
