Interview
1:1 , with team manager, team member.
Then HR. Atmosphere ok, approachable (not hostile). After interview, they ask/follow up your availability, Salary requirements, notice period etc. Not very difficult, prepare yourself, be confident.

Multiple steps. Meeting HR and the job manager. Then final is meeting hod. Hod meeting is mostly formality. Job managers recommendation to hod is what matters. Hr interview is about soft skills. Job manager is about technical skills
