Es war ein sehr angenehmes Gespräch, bei welchem auch ich einige Fragen stellen konnte, welche immer ehrlich beantwortet wurden. Es wurde schon beim ersten Gespräch über Lohnvorstellungen geredet, somit konnte man sich auf dem Nachhauseweg schonmal Gedanken machen, ob man sich sowas vorstellt.

Interview
General Questions about experience and why you are interested in the role. The whole process took about 5 weeks. They offered me 10k less than the recruiter quoted as the low salary range. I had to to fight to get 3k more. I suggest you only take a job here if you really need it. They also started me just after the cut off for the annual raise. I will not get my first raise until I will hit 18 months and I just found out that raise was only 2k or 96 cents an hour.

Interview
There were 2 rounds of in-person interviews - both hiring managers were very friendly and professional. I felt respected and valued. The first interviewer then became my first line manager while the second interviewer was his line manager. HR assessment round was absent for my case.
