Went thru recruitment agency. Had interview with team leader than that persons line manager and a hr person. Interview was very swift considering that i had 4 interviews and referee checks. That did not muck around, I fit the role and they did not hestitate.

Fairly straightforward working through seniority in team. First round was a Zoom interview with juniors and hiring manager, followed by in person interview and third round with MD over zoom also.

One round, enjoyable conversation with two interviewers. Discussed about how I managed my portfolio and chat about how our risk appetite is different. Overall enjoyed it and looking forward to it

Smooth process with very gentle people. Had the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about the role and people who work in the department. Was not too difficult, but many technical questions have been asked. Make sure to polish your bachelor courses notes.
