The process was fairly straightforward - one product interview with the hiring manager, one with a senior engineering leader as this PM role was more technically focused, one with a senior stakeholder. All were virtual video interviews.

Interview
The initial interview was a phone conversation, which lasted about one hour, with the HR manager. Fairly traditional, with a review of the role, then a walkthrough of my CV/credentials and some behavioral question. The follow up 1:1 F2F meeting with the hiring manager delved more into the technical aspects of my experience, then more behavioral/situational questions, and lastly some questions around cultural fit.
