For the video interview I was given a series of questions that i had to answer after a set amount of time to prepare. Afterwards they let you know if you do not make it within 3 days or so.

Interview
Video Interview asking basic competency questions (using past experiences) as well as some question elaborating on your knowledge of management consulting. Overall wasn't too hard but hard to stand out in these sort of interviews.
