      Engineer Interview

      24 Apr 2024
      Anonymous employee
      Oak Ridge, TN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at UCOR (Oak Ridge, TN)

      Interview

Three people in a room. Did not ask trick psychological questions (“targeted selection”); stuck to credentials and experience. One person asked most of the questions (my future department head, who turned out to be a great guy and very smart). The guy who would be my division lead (much younger) asked a few questions and showed no reaction to my answers (he turned out to not like me so much).
