UIZ Group interview questions

The interview took place on a skype call without video with the CEO, which was the one answering the emails and applications. During the interview, I found out they are not an environmental company as their website advertises, but they do flyers for restaurants. In the emails, I got informed it's an unpaid full-time position with no remote possibilities either as well as no option for moving into a paid position.
