There were 2 interviews I had to go through. The first one was formal and It was a panel interview. There were 4 interviewers: hiring lead, military, civilian outside the department, and a contractor. The second interview was informal, and the hiring manager will ask questions related to leaderships. The goal here was to get to know what type of a leader is the candidate and if fit to the group.
