US Defense Threat Reduction Agency interview questions

There were 2 interviews I had to go through. The first one was formal and It was a panel interview. There were 4 interviewers: hiring lead, military, civilian outside the department, and a contractor. The second interview was informal, and the hiring manager will ask questions related to leaderships. The goal here was to get to know what type of a leader is the candidate and if fit to the group.

Applied on USA Jobs, got an email back to schedule a time for the phone Interview. It's a very formal process as you will be graded according to a check sheet that they have in front of them, very akin to an Oral Board for a promotion if you've been in the federal sector. Three board members will grade your responses and take turns asking you questions. You'll have the chance to ask your own questions at the end.
