I applied with USAA on there site and heard back a month later. They sent me an email to do an online assessment, followed by a phone interview with a recruiter, then a face to face interview with two hiring managers shortly afterward. Afterward they send you a background check and drug test to complete. I am still waiting to receive an offer.

Straightforward. Stick with STAR method. Pre-prepare scenarios for ease with questions. Behavioral questions are standard. Recruiters will tell you to dress for success, I ended up being overdressed. Make sure you negotiate starting salary at interview 2.
