Specialized interview room with two women who do nothing else all day every day and can usually be found taking advantage of their light schedule in the gym.
Standard questions. One spoke and asked questions while the other typed notes. Felt very mechanical and forced. Makes sense considering the structure and process. But hey, I got the job, so that's good.

Have you ever had to deliver bad news to a customer and still retain the business relationship?

Filled online application. Took less than a week to email me with some instructions. Took a online assessment and they called after 2 days for a phone interview. After that interview was asked to take a drug test and finally went to a formal interview with 2 mgrs at the campus. Experience was very professional.
