the interview was very cordial. They asked typical questions. the interviewer seemed to enjoy her job. After the interview they set up another face to face interview at there place of business.

have you ever upsold a customer that didnt want to be upsold
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
