I had 3 interviews. 1. HR phone screen, 2. Phone interview with potential peers, 3. Onsite interview consisting of facility tour, 2 situational interviews (15 min each), and 4 round robin interviews (30ish minutes each). Pro tip...come prepared with several answers in STAR form. Most of the interview questions are behavioral in nature.
