Met them at a career fair and received an email for a phone interview. Then received news back for an in site interview, which included a dinner the night before, a tour the next day and an interview done by two people. We had 22 applicants move on to the final round, 11 open positions were available. They ranged from Master students to Undergraduates. They were great because they wanted to get to know you as a person and what your interests were.
