Applied online, process didn't take very long. About a week later I got an email to set up a phone interview the following week. I did the phone interview and everything seem to go great. It took two days to receive an email saying I was NOT selected to move forward with the interview and all the other three different positions I had applied for were also changed to NOT selected.

Interview
They made me take a 30 minute long assessment after submitting an application. It was not relevant to the position at all. In the end, it was a huge waste of time and there was no further consideration given.

This was a very quick and easy process, interview was done in two parts. First interview was an introduction to the company and second interview was to get to know you better and see if you line up with their values.

Just say I was over qualified. The people were dressed as if they were at a swap meet. The office was small, just not anything I expected. The interviewer only spoke of occurrences if you were late! Micromanagement City
