Interview
First USAA starts with a phone screen to ask you some basic questions about your interests, goals, and experience. The second call will be behavior based interview questions with a manager. They will bring you in for a face to face interview and then a job offer over the phone a few days later.

Interview
Four 30-minute interviews plus hiring manager and recruiter screening. Interviews during COVID conducted by phone or by a video conference tool. Invitations were sent via email to connect with the interviewers.
