I had a phone interview with the recruiter. She told me about the position, asked me a few questions, then described the benefits. Then I had a Zoom interview where they asked SBO questions.

Why do you think USAA would be a good fit for you.
Name a time you had to overcome an objection and how did you handle it.
Easy and super fast, it took me 2 weeks total from applying until getting an offer. Phone screen interview, and then in person with hiring manager. In person took about 30 minutes
After filling out the initial application I was invited to take an online skills assessment which included timed portions and was fairly lengthy. There was also a brief phone screening, and then an in person interview with the manager.
Very specific questions. Be really prepared to come up with a story on the spot. Nothing to do with the job description. They want you to sound like a robot.
