Very easy interview process. The interviewer made the process comfortable. This makes giving your responses true and not rushed. At no time was i nervous to speak about myself or my claims history.

I first applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. It was a bit confusing who my recruiter was because one person contacted me and then told me another person was my recruiter and then he interviewed me over the phone as well. He then put the job into perspective which he did not fluff at all. I was then transferred to the next step of taking an assessment and then did another phone interview with the hiring manager. The last interview was Behavior-based questions so look up the STAR technique to interviews.
