USAA Manager interview questions

At the end of the first interview, the HR rep, Ed, had said I answered all the questions correctly, and how previous candidates had stumbled, how he was going to recommend me, "for sure", even sending me 2025 benefits info . . so it was a great initial interview. Then he ghosted me, ignoring my follow up email. I'm fine with that, it's just business, but ghosting an unexpectedly immature thing to do . . just reply with the standard 'no thanks' response.
